1. No refunds will be offered on any subscription plan

2. The subscription plan can be updated anytime but cannot be downgraded

3. If the different subscription plan access is wrongfully delivered (different plan instead of the plan mentioned in the order confirmation) then we are open to extending full refund

4. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete email address
